GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH is a company of the Teupe Group and is active in industrial scaffolding construction. With our industrial scaffolding, we are constantly on site at various plants in the chemical and processing industries as well as in energy and steel production.
Your mission
- Ensuring qualitative and quantitative controlling, including all related tasks
- Preparation, plausibility checks, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual evaluations, as well as reporting
- Preparation and analysis of KPIs
- Plan/actual analyses, variance analyses
- Ensuring legally and contractually compliant cooperation with subcontractors
- Supporting the subcontractor selection process (prequalification), including drafting contracts and specifications
- Supporting the management of subsidiaries and joint ventures as part of subcontractor management
- Operating customer billing systems
- Assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements, particularly regarding the valuation of construction work in progress
- Maintaining and updating master data in IT systems
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in business administration and further education; a college degree is preferred
- You have experience in the areas of controlling and accounting
- You are proficient in MS 365 and, ideally, have experience with DATEV
- You work independently, conscientiously, and reliably
- You are a team player, a quick learner, and contribute positively with your exceptional dedication
