Company description
Your mission
- You will lead our elevator technology workshop team and ensure structured, smooth operations
- You will oversee electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, and servicing of our elevator systems
- You will coordinate statutory inspections, including scheduling, management, and supervision
- You will plan nationwide maintenance assignments, take economic factors into account, and manage the deployment of both in-house staff and external service providers
- You will organize the procurement of spare parts and materials, manage inventory levels, and optimize procurement processes
- You ensure compliance with all legal requirements, standards, and safety regulations
- You act as the interface between administration and the workshop, ensuring clear information flows and coordinated processes
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d) with strong mechanical skills, or as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with excellent electrical skills, or have comparable technical training
- You have professional experience and, ideally, some leadership experience—or you demonstrate clear potential for leadership and are eager to take on responsibility
- You have a strong focus on quality and safety and maintain a clear overview even in complex situations
- You work independently, reliably, and in a solution-oriented manner, while also being a strong team player
- You are proficient in the basic use of Microsoft 365; you are motivated and quick to acquire any missing skills
- You work on the computer in a structured and reliable manner and value close communication within the team and with your manager
- You hold at least a Class B driver’s license
