Your mission
- Compiling specifications and quotations
- Assisting in the preparation of measurements with the construction and project management teams
- Invoicing, including according to specifications from the construction management
- Scheduling and administrative tasks
- Handling correspondence with customers and service providers
- Performing all necessary administrative support tasks
- Maintaining construction files and records
Your profile
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and, preferably, several years of experience in the primary or secondary construction sector in the same or a similar role
- An independent, self-reliant, and structured approach to work
- Experience with MS Office products, particularly Word and Excel
- A team player mentality and strong communication skills
