Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir an unserem Standort in Stadtlohn einen
Projektleiter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die

Kaufmännische und technische Projektabwicklung von Bauprojekten im Gerüstbau
Angebotserstellung und Kalkulation
Vertragsverhandlung mit Auftraggebern
Führung des gewerblichen Personals
Vertragsverhandlung und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern
Kundenbetreuung und Neukundenakquisition
Verantwortung für optimale Ressourcennutzung, insbesondere der Material- und Personalressource

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über:

ein Ingenieurstudium, gerne mit Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder alternativ über eine Ausbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Gerüstbau oder in der Bauindustrie
Alternativ über eine abgeschlossene Fortbildung zum geprüften Gerüstbau-Kolonnenführer (m/w/d) oder Gerüstbau-Meister (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung und potential zum Projektleiter (m/w/d)
Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht sowie in der VOB
ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie hohes Engagement
soziale Kompetenz, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeiterführung
eine selbständige, gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
EDV-Kenntnisse und bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office

Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Stadtlohn site.

Your mission

You will be responsible for

Commercial and technical project management of major projects throughout Germany
Preparation of quotations and calculations
Contract negotiations with clients
Management of construction management and personnel
Contract negotiation and control of subcontractors
Customer care and acquisition of new customers
Ensuring the professional execution of all work in the area of responsibility
Expansion of the new customer base through strategic market development
Responsibility for optimal use of resources, in particular material and personnel resources

Your profile

You have

a degree in engineering (FH), preferably specializing in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or, alternatively, training as a construction technician with relevant professional experience in scaffolding or in the construction industry
or completed training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) in a technical profession or certified scaffolding crew leader (m/f/d)
Knowledge of contract law and VOB
Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high commitment
Social competence, team spirit and the ability to lead employees
an independent, conscientious and reliable way of working
IT skills and are experienced in using MS Office
