Your mission
- Supporting the team with general administrative and organisational activities, secretarial tasks and day-to-day operations
- Processing and archiving internal administrative processes using information platforms, e.g. SharePoint
- Assistance with preparing quotations, invoicing, correspondence, internal and external appointment coordination, etc.
- Preparation of invoices according to measurements and specifications of the site management
- Contact person (m/f/d) for employees and customers (by telephone, in writing)
- Support in personnel administration and time recording
Your profile
- Completed commercial training and professional experience in comparable positions, preferably as an assistant
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High IT affinity
- Quick comprehension and a structured way of working
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, preferably with a good command of English
