Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir an unserem Standort in Dormagen einen
Kalkulator / Projekt-Controller (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst

in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter die eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Kalkulation (nach TGAV), Kostenschätzung und Angebotserstellung, einschließlich der Leistungsverzeichnisse
die Zusammenstellung der entsprechenden Dokumente und fortlaufende Pflege
die Ermittlung von Kostenrisiken und proaktive Entwicklung von Lösungsmöglichkeiten
Verantwortung als Servicepartner während der Kalkulationsphase
die aktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung ab Beginn der Kalkulation bis zur Übergabe des Projektes und der Nachkalkulation
eigenständiges Projektcontrolling und Berichterstattung an die Projektleitung
Sichtung von Ausschreibungsportalen und Erstellen von Vorschlagslisten

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über

ein Ingenieurstudium, eine Ausbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Fachausbildung mit praktischer Berufserfahrung
eine selbstständige, motivierte und unternehmerisch, engagierte Arbeitsweise
ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Vertraulichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, soziale Kompetenz sowie Teamgeist
einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office (speziell Excel und Word)
VOB-Kenntnisse (wünschenswert), ist aber keine Voraussetzung

To strengthen our team at our location in Dormagen, we are looking for a Estimator / Project Controller (m/f/d).

Your mission

You will be responsible for

the independent preparation of the calculation (according to TGAV), cost estimation and quotation preparation, including the service specifications in close cooperation with the project manager
Compiling the relevant documents and ongoing maintenance
Identifying cost risks and proactively developing possible solutions
Responsibility as a service partner during the calculation phase
Active collaboration with the construction management from the start of the calculation to the handover of the project and post-calculation
Independent project controlling and reporting to project management
Viewing tender portals and creating proposal lists

Your profile

You have

a degree in engineering, training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or comparable specialised training with practical work experience
an independent, motivated and entrepreneurial, committed way of working
a high degree of responsibility, confidentiality, reliability, communication skills, social skills and team spirit
confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Knowledge of VOB (desirable), but not a prerequisite
